Ingredients
- 3 blocks 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 8-12 oz chopped canned jalapeños adjust to spice preference
- Fresh jalapeños and green onions for garnish
- 1 lb cooked and chopped bacon
Let's Make It
- 1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- 2. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo. Mix until smooth.
- 3. Season & Stir: Add chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir in 3/4 cup of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onions, HALF of the bacon and canned jalapeños. Top with the remaining cheese
- 4. Bake: Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- 5. Garnish & Serve: Top with remaining bacon, fresh sliced jalapeños and green onions. Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
