Creamy Jalapeño Dip (Super Bowl Appetizer)

This creamy, spicy jalapeño dip is the perfect game-day appetizer—easier than bacon-wrapped jalapeños but just as addictive! Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 blocks 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 8-12 oz chopped canned jalapeños adjust to spice preference
  • Fresh jalapeños and green onions for garnish
  • 1 lb cooked and chopped bacon

Let's Make It
 

  • 1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • 2. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo. Mix until smooth.
  • 3. Season & Stir: Add chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir in 3/4 cup of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onions, HALF of the bacon and canned jalapeños. Top with the remaining cheese
  • 4. Bake: Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • 5. Garnish & Serve: Top with remaining bacon, fresh sliced jalapeños and green onions. Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
