Tips for Making the Best Whipped Feta

• Use Crumbled Feta: This makes it easier to blend. If you only have a block of feta, just crumble it by hand before adding it to the food processor.

• Balance Salt and Sweet: Taste and adjust the salt to your liking. A touch more honey can also sweeten the dip, balancing the tangy feta.

• Make It Ahead: You can prepare the whipped feta a day ahead and store it in the fridge, adding toppings right before serving for best presentation. Perfect Pairings for Pumpkin Whipped Feta This dip is delicious with a variety of dippers.

Try it with:

• Crackers or Crostini: A crisp contrast to the creamy dip.

• Pita Chips: For a more hearty, savory option.

• Fresh Veggies: Cucumbers, bell peppers, or carrot sticks all taste amazing with this whipped feta.
