Ingredients
For the Dressing:
- 1.5 tbsp avocado oil mayo or mayo of choice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar or juice from yellow peppers
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
For the Salad
- 1 tbsp sliced black olives
- 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced yellow peppers pepperoncini
- 1 thin slice provolone cheese cut into chunks
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
Turkey Version:
- 3 oz sliced turkey breast chopped
Alternate Italian Deli Version:
- Sub turkey with 1 oz each of ham salami, and pepperoni
- Optional: Add extra peppers or swap in banana peppers
Let's Make It
