Strawberry cheesecake baked oats

If you love the idea of oatmeal but cannot get behind overnight oats, this strawberry cheesecake baked oats recipe is for you.

These baked oats are soft, creamy, lightly sweet, and honestly feel like you’re eating dessert for breakfast — but they’re packed with protein, fiber, and nourishing ingredients that actually keep you full.

This is one of those breakfasts I prep once and then look forward to all week. It reheats beautifully, holds together like a slice of cake, and feels indulgent without being heavy. Even my kids treat this like a bakery-style breakfast, which is always a win.

Why You’ll Love These Baked Oats

  • Tastes like strawberry cheesecake cake

  • Packed with protein from cottage cheese, eggs, Greek yogurt, and protein powder

  • No overnight soaking required

  • Great for meal prep and freezer-friendly

  • Soft and creamy inside, lightly set on top

  • Perfect if you want something warm and cozy but still healthy

If you’ve tried overnight oats and just can’t do the texture, this is such a good alternative.
