This raspberry cheesecake cup was born from two things:
I wanted dessert
I didn’t want to blow my macros
So I grabbed my Oikos Pro yogurt, added a little cream cheese for that cheesecake vibe, and layered it with a raspberry chia mixture that tastes like fancy jam.
And somehow… it tastes like dessert-dessert. Not “healthy dessert.” Just dessert.

Let's Make It

- In another bowl, mash raspberries. Stir in chia seeds and a little honey. Let thicken 5–10 minutes.
