If you have a sweet tooth but also care about protein… welcome. You’re my people.

This raspberry cheesecake cup was born from two things:

  1. I wanted dessert

  2. I didn’t want to blow my macros

So I grabbed my Oikos Pro yogurt, added a little cream cheese for that cheesecake vibe, and layered it with a raspberry chia mixture that tastes like fancy jam.

And somehow… it tastes like dessert-dessert. Not “healthy dessert.” Just dessert.

Why This One Went Straight Into Meal Prep

I made four of these and thought, “I’ll just have one tonight.”

Yeah… that didn’t happen.

They’re:

  • Creamy

  • Sweet

  • Tangy

  • Filling

  • And totally hit that cheesecake craving

And because they’re protein-packed, I don’t crash after eating one. I just feel satisfied.

Let’s Talk About the Cheesecake Layer

This is the magic part.

Greek yogurt + whipped cream cheese = cheesecake vibes without heavy cream or sugar overload.

The vanilla and honey give it that classic dessert flavor, and the texture is:

  • Smooth

  • Thick

  • Creamy

  • Spoonable

It honestly tastes like the inside of a cheesecake.

The Raspberry Layer

I mashed fresh raspberries, added chia seeds, and a little honey.

After a few minutes, it thickens into a jam-like texture.

It’s:

  • Sweet

  • Slightly tart

  • Fresh

  • And cuts through the creaminess perfectly

You can use frozen or fresh raspberries — just thaw frozen first.

Ways to Change It Up

Once you know the base, you can swap flavors:

Fruit Ideas:

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Peaches

  • Mango

Flavor Add-Ins:

  • Lemon zest

  • Almond extract

  • Cinnamon

  • Chocolate chips

Crunch Toppings:

  • Crushed graham crackers

  • Granola

  • Nuts

  • Chocolate shavings

Tips for this Meal Prep

  • Make 3–4 at a time

  • Store in sealed jars

  • Eat within 4 days

  • Add jam right before serving if you like a fresher look

I love grabbing these after dinner when I want something sweet but still want to feel good about what I’m eating.
