This raspberry cheesecake yogurt cup is a high-protein, no-bake dessert made with Oikos Pro Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla, and a raspberry chia layer.

Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Layer:

  • ¾ cup Oikos Pro Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 oz whipped cream cheese

Raspberry Layer:

  • Raspberries mashed
  • Chia seeds
  • Honey to taste

Let's Make It
 

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, vanilla, honey, and whipped cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, mash raspberries. Stir in chia seeds and a little honey. Let thicken 5–10 minutes.
  • Layer in a jar:
    Cheesecake mixture
    Raspberry chia mixture
  • Repeat if desired
  • Chill before serving.
