How to Make Monster Protein Balls

This recipe comes together in just a few simple steps:

1. Mix the wet ingredients – Melt the peanut butter and combine it with almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract for a smooth base.

2. Add the dry ingredients – Stir in the chocolate protein powder and oats until a thick dough forms.

3. Roll & coat – Shape into bite-sized balls, dip in melted chocolate, and roll in chopped candy pieces.

4. Chill & enjoy – Let them firm up in the fridge for about 20 minutes before digging in!

More Ways to Customize

• Swap the peanut butter – Try almond butter or cashew butter for a different flavor.

• Use a different protein powder – Vanilla or peanut butter protein powder would work well, too!

• Change up the mix-ins – Add chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or mini chocolate chips.

These Monster Protein Balls are proof that eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring! They’re sweet, satisfying, and packed with protein—perfect for a post-workout bite or an afternoon pick-me-up. Try them out and let me know what you think!

Storage & Meal Prep Tips

• Great for meal prep! Make a batch at the start of the week for a convenient, protein-packed snack.
