Packed with peanut butter, protein powder, and a fun crunch from chopped hard-shell candy, they’re a great way to fuel up while still enjoying a treat.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup melted peanut butter
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup oats quick or old-fashioned
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips melted with 1 tsp coconut oil
  • cup chopped hard-shell candy dye-free

Let's Make It
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted peanut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the chocolate protein powder and oats, mixing until a thick dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of almond milk.
  • Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
  • Dip one side of each ball into the melted chocolate, then immediately roll in the chopped hard-shell candy.
  • Place the protein balls in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to set.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
