HIgh Protein Peanut BUtter Dip
Say hello to your new favortie snack- this High Protein Peanut Butter Dip is the perfect and satisfying treat! It’s great for on the go and so easy to meal prep so you have healthy, ready to go snack all week long!

I guess this could be another addition to my On-the-Go Snack Series because this one is so great to prep ahead of time and perfect for on the go! It takes about 10 minutes to prep and could easily be added into your meal prep routine!

Snack Series:
Ingredients:
Of course, if I’m calling it “high protein” chances are, it has cottage cheese in it! Cottage cheese is so versitile, you can make so many recipes with it +Â it’s loaded with protein, so I love it!
- cottage cheese
- Peanut Butter:Â all natural/no added sugar
- honey
- saltÂ
- dark chocolate chips
The Prep:
- Blend all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips together in the food processor for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
- Evenly distribute the dip into 4 containers, top with chocolate chips and serve with sliced apples!
- Store this in the refrigerator for up to 7 days!

- food processor/blender
Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup all natural/no sugar added peanut butter
- 2 tbp honey
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- pinch of salt
Let's Make It
- Blend all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips together in the food processor for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
- Evenly distribute the dip into 4 containers, top with chocolate chips and serve with sliced apples!
