High Protein Peanut Butter Dip

Equipment

  • food processor/blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup all natural/no sugar added peanut butter
  • 2 tbp honey
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt

Let's Make It
 

  • Blend all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips together in the food processor for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
  • Evenly distribute the dip into 4 containers, top with chocolate chips and serve with sliced apples!
  • Store this in the refrigerator for up to 7 days!
