Ingredients:
- chicken breast– cooked using my instant pot method, rotisserie or even canned
- blended cottage cheese– adds extra protein and gives this a creamy, not sour taste. You can sub for greek yogurt, but cottage cheese is best!
- jalapenos– canned to keep it easy or chop fresh
- ranch seasoning– kinders is my favorite
- ranch dressing– this just helps with consistency, but you can skip it if needed.
