Meal Prep can be daunting and most people even dread it. I truly believe meal prep can be simple, but still tasty! things do not have to be overcomplicated, boring, or stressful and we shouldn’t dread it Whether you are on a health journey or just like to eat healthy, all of these meals are made with you in mind!

Each week I share a breakfast and a lunch that can each be prepared in just about an hour, give or take. I will share tips each week on how you can navigate cooking both meals at the same time, and i kind of walk you through the process to help you get out of the kitchen in an hour, leaving you with more free time without sacrifcing your nutrition.

You can mix and match any of these meals to customize your nutrition and even make these for breakfast + dinner for your family!

I try to make them mostly Gluten free, but feel free to customize the meal with the ingredients you love!
