Creator: Leslie Stokes

There’s something about peach ice cream that instantly takes me back to summer afternoons with my dad. He loved peach ice cream—like really loved it. It was his go-to treat on hot days, and to this day, every time I taste that sweet peachy flavor, I think of him. So naturally, when I started experimenting with Ninja Creami recipes, a peaches and cream version was high on my list.

But I wanted to make it my way—with simple ingredients, no protein powder, and a healthy twist that still hits that nostalgic note. This Peaches & Cream Ninja Creami checks every box: it’s made with creamy Greek yogurt, ripe juicy peaches, and just a little honey to bring out that summery sweetness.

The result? A frozen treat that feels indulgent but is actually high in protein, refined sugar-free, and made with real, whole ingredients. It’s cool, creamy, and has that subtle tang from the yogurt that makes it taste like peach frozen yogurt—but smoother and richer.

I topped mine with fresh peach slices and a drizzle of honey, and it was perfect. But next time, I’m adding a healthier shortbread crumble on top for a little crunch—kind of like a peach pie sundae situation. (If you have a good recipe for a healthy shortbread or almond flour cookie, send it my way!)

This one’s great for:

  • Hot summer nights when you don’t want to turn on the oven

  • A healthy dessert that doesn’t taste “healthy”

  • A nostalgic treat if you grew up loving peach ice cream like I did

  • A fun way to use up fresh peaches at the end of summer

  • A protein-packed snack for the kids (or you)

And if you’re new to the Ninja Creami, this is a great beginner-friendly recipe. No protein powders, no weird textures—just blend, freeze, spin, and scoop. It’s one of those recipes that feels a little extra, but takes less than 5 minutes to throw together.

Whether you’re reminiscing about summers past or just trying to stay cool and sane in the middle of a chaotic week, this peaches and cream treat is one of those little things that makes everything feel just a little bit sweeter.

Tips:

  • Use very ripe peaches for the best natural sweetness.

  • This base is perfect for experimenting—try swapping vanilla extract for almond, or add crushed graham crackers for a “peach cobbler” twist.

  • Freeze extra fresh peaches during peak season so you can make this all year round.
