One-Pot Taco Rice & Bean Skillet

You know those nights when you walk in the door and you just need dinner to make itself? This is that dinner. This One-Pot Taco Rice & Bean Skillet comes together in less than 20 minutes, uses pantry staples, and is packed with protein thanks to Somos’ clean, non-GMO ingredients.

And the best part? The kids devour it. Westin literally said the cilantro lime rice tastes “just like Chipotle.” If that’s not a mom win, I don’t know what is.
