Meal Prep can be daunting and most people even dread it. It can get boring, repetitive and finding the time can be so hard! I truly believe meal prep can be simple, but still tasty! things do not have to be overcomplicated, boring, or stressful and we shouldn’t dread it WHether you are on a health journey or just like to eat healthy all of these meals are made with you in mind!

Each week I share a breakfast and a lunch that can each be prepared in just about an hour, give or take. I will share tips each week on how you can navigate cooking both meals at the same time, and i kind of walk you through the process to help you get out of the kitchen in an hour, leaving you with more free time without sacrifcing your nutrition.

You can mix and match any of these meals to customize your nutrtion and even make these for breakfast/dinner for your family!

I try to make them mostly Gluten free, but feel free to customize the meal with the ingredients you love!

Hi, my name is Leslie, and Meal Prep has just always kind of been my thing. Just to give you a little backstory of why i have a passion for this-  I meal prepped for people while i was in college as a single mom, I could not hold a job and go to school. I needed something on my own hours and it was something I always did for my self to stay healthy, people would always ask me for help. It kinda snowballed into this thing, bigger than I expected and I eventually ended up co-founding a Meal Prep company where I live. After having my middle daughter, I decided to stay home and raise my two girls and eventually having my son 20 months later! Life has been nothing short of crazy raising 3 children, but I still felt like a piece of me was missing. I started this blog just to share recipes and give me a little something to do. One day I decided to film my meal prep and again, it snowballed into something I could have never even imagined. I decided to just stick with it and in the processes I have been able to help so many men and women feel more confident and less stressed in the kitchen! It truly has been a blessing to share all of this with you and I feel like God has really restored my dream. Thank you so much for your support and I can’t wait to hear about the meals you make!
