This tangy lemon vinaigrette is perfect for summer salads!

Ingredients
- zest of half of a lemon about a 1/2 tsp
- juice from 1 whole lemon or 2 tbsp
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive or grapeseed oil
- pinch of salt and pepper
- pinch of thyme about an 1/8 of a tsp
Let's Make It
- Mix all of the ingredients together and let it sit for about 30 mins or longer. Store in refrigerator for up to 14 days.
