Why I Make This High-protein Caesar Dressing Every Single Week
There are a few recipes in my kitchen that never leave the rotation — not because they’re fancy, but because they quietly make everything else better. This high-protein caesar dressing is one of those recipes.
I started making this high-protein Caesar dressing when I was trying to hit my protein goals without eating another plain chicken breast. I needed something that could transform leftovers into an actual meal. Not diet food. Not sad food. Real food that still feels satisfying.
And this… did it.
Now I use it constantly:
chicken Caesar pasta salad for lunches
drizzled over crispy chicken Parmesan
tossed into wraps
dip for roasted potatoes
and lately… inside those viral pizza cheese wraps
Honestly, it’s become less of a “dressing” and more of a fridge staple.

The Secret — Greek Yogurt (but the right one)
The whole point here is replacing mayo with protein — without tasting healthy.
I use Oikos Pro because it has 25g protein and stays thick and creamy. Some Greek yogurts get watery or sour in dressings… this one actually tastes rich.
So instead of adding empty calories, you’re adding protein to your entire meal automatically.
Your salad suddenly isn’t just a side anymore.
How I Actually Use This Dressing
1) Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad (my weekly lunch prep)
This is my go-to meal prep because it keeps for days and tastes better overnight.
Protein pasta + chicken + romaine + dressing
It’s filling without feeling heavy.
2) Chicken Parmesan Caesar Salad
One of my favorite dinner hacks.
Make chicken parm
Slice it
Serve over romaine
Drizzle this dressing + extra parm
It tastes like restaurant food but balanced enough for a normal weeknight.

3) Viral Pizza Cheese Wraps (my current hyperfixation)
I’ve been making these nonstop lately — and this dressing makes them insane.
Wrap Base
Preheat oven to 375°F
Line pan with parchment
Spread shredded cheese into a thin 7–8 inch circle
Top with pepperoni
Bake 5–7 minutes until golden edges and slow bubbles
Cool 45–75 seconds
Fold into a wrap
Fill with lettuce + chicken + Caesar dressing
IMPORTANT TIP:
Parmesan works… but it’s strong.
Mozzarella melts better and tastes way better for this wrap — way more pizza-like and less salty.
Parmesan = crispy chip
Mozzarella = actual wrap
Trust me on this.
