Why I love this chicken wraps recipe (and why you will too)
This is one of those recipes that just feels like spring to me. These chicken wraps are fresh, they’re loaded with greens, they’re creamy without being heavy, and they’re one of the easiest ways to turn leftover chicken into something that actually feels exciting again.
And if you’ve already made my green goddess dressing, this is hands-down one of my favorite ways to use it. The combo of the herby dressing with the crunchy cucumber, tender chicken, and salty feta is so good. Then you add those pickled red onions on top… and it just brings everything together in these chicken wraps! It’s light, but still filling—which is exactly what I want for lunch or a quick dinner when I don’t feel like cooking again.
A real-life mom hack (this is why I make these chicken wraps on repeat)
This is one of those meals I make when:
I have leftover chicken sitting in the fridge
I need something quick between everything going on
I want something healthy that actually tastes good
I don’t want to cook another full dinner
It comes together in minutes, it’s super satisfying, and it feels way more elevated than it should for how easy it is. And honestly… wraps like this are what keep me consistent during busy weeks.

Why this chicken wraps recipe works
There’s a reason this combo just hits:
Creamy + crunchy texture (always a win)
Fresh herbs from the dressing keep it light
Protein-packed so it actually keeps you full
Easy to customize for everyone in your house
It’s one of those meals that doesn’t feel like “healthy food”… it just feels like a really good wrap.
Make it your way (because we all do this differently)
This is one of those recipes that works with whatever you have:
Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut
Swap feta for goat cheese or mozzarella
Add avocado for extra creaminess
Use a low-carb or gluten-free wrap
Turn it into a bowl instead of a wrap
Add extra herbs or microgreens
This is one of those recipes that makes eating healthy feel easy.
It’s quick, it’s fresh, it’s packed with flavor—and it’s something you’ll actually look forward to eating, whether it’s lunch, dinner, or something you grab between everything else going on.
And if you already made my green goddess dressing… this is exactly what you should do with it next.
