Ingredients:

You can use whatever kind of yogurt + toppings for this, but I am using greek yogurt because it’s high in protein. As far as toppings, the possibilites are endless, use whatever you have at home!

  • vanilla greek yogurt
  • cocoa powder
  • honey
  • peanut butter
  • chocolate chips
  • pretzels
  • peanuts

*** You will need parchment paper or wax paper and a large tray

Let's Make it!

I love these, but I love them even more because you don’t even have to cook anything!

  • In a bowl mix together the yogurt, cocoa powder and honey until smooth.
  • Line a large tray with parchment paper and spread out the yogurt mixture in a thin layer (as thick/thin as you want).
  • In a small bowl, melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and then drizzle all over the yogurt. Using a fork spread the peanut butter around.
  • Top the layers with the chocolate chips, pretzels and peanuts or whatever you have on hand.
  • Freeze for 2 hours and then break into pieces.
  • Store in a bag or glass container in the freezer for up to 45 days!
