Chipotle Lime CHicken Marinade

I love this with chicken with grilled veggies over rice! and it’s perfect for leftover chicken salads- paired with my chipotle lime dressing!
Chipotle Lime Chicken Marinade
Sweet and smokey- this chicken will legit melt in your mouth. Use the Leftover grilled chicken to make salads- paired with my Chipotle Aioli.

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast cut in half (through the middle) to make 6 thiner breast
- 2 tbsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning salt free
- 1 tsp salt optional
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Let's Make It
- Slice the chicken in half (through the middle) to make 6 thinner breast. This is to help the chicken cook faster and prevents the chicken from drying out.
- Add all of the ingredients in to a ziplock bag or bowl and mix well. Add the chicken to the bag- giving it a good toss to make sure all the breast are coated well.
- Let the chicken marinate for 1-3 hours.
- Prepare on the grill, in the oven, air fryer or in the crockpot.
- ****Can substitute for chicken thighs!
