When I say I’m obsessed with this matcha yogurt bowl, I mean it’s been on repeat in my kitchen every morning lately—and I don’t see that stopping anytime soon. It’s creamy, fruity, a little crunchy, and packed with protein to keep me full all morning long.

This bowl starts with thick, high-protein Greek yogurt mixed with matcha (because matcha is basically my love language), a drizzle of honey, and a splash of vanilla. It’s like a green tea latte meets parfait—except way more satisfying.

What I really love about it though is the toppings. Strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries give it that juicy summer vibe, and then I go in with chia seeds, hemp seeds, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut for crunch and texture. It’s one of those bowls that feels super light and refreshing, but still holds you over until lunch.

If you’re someone who doesn’t like heavy breakfasts in the summer but still wants something nourishing—this is your move. I even keep my toppings prepped ahead in jars so I can just scoop and go in the morning.

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
