1 sheet puff pastry thawed 4 fully cooked bratwursts or sausages 1 egg beaten (for egg wash) Cream Cheese & Jalapeño Jelly: Cream Cheese & Jalapeño Jelly: 3 tbsp whipped cream cheese 2 tbsp jalapeño jelly Everything Bagel & Hot Honey: 3 tbsp whipped cream cheese 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning Drizzle of hot honey after baking Spicy Mustard & Cheddar: 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar Caramelized Onion & Gruyère: ¼ cup caramelized onions ¼ cup shredded gruyère cheese Pesto & Mozzarella: 2 tbsp pesto ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry into a 10x12” rectangle.
Spread your chosen filling across the surface.
Slice pastry into 1½-inch strips using a pizza cutter.
Wrap each brat in a strip (spiral-style or rolled).
Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash.
Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and puffed.
Optional: Drizzle with hot honey, sprinkle extra bagel seasoning, or serve with dipping sauce.
