Ingredients
  

  • pounds flank steak or sirloin
  • cup olive oil
  • cup parsley
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Let's Make It
 

  • Combine marinade ingredients.
  • Add steak and marinade to a zip-top bag.

Marinate:

  • Minimum: 4 hours
  • Best: Overnight
  • Maximum: 48 hours
  • Grill to desired doneness.
  • Allow steak to rest 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
