Add onions + beef to a large skillet or to the flat top, cook over medium high heat, breaking up the meat as you cook it, season with salt + pepper.
Once the meat is almost cooked through and no longer pink, add the chopped broccoli to the pan with the coconut aminos, sesame oil, ginger, bone broth, honey + garlic- toss everything to coat the broccoli.
Turn the heat down slightly and cover to cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. If using a flat top, you can throw a bowl over it, or just let it cook on low until the broccoli is tender.
Serve this over steamed rice or cauliflower rice and top with green onions.
