BBQ Peach Chicken (An Easy Protein Prep Dinner You’ll Make All Summer)
This BBQ Peach Chicken has become one of our family’s favorites. It’s sweet, smoky, tangy, and perfect for grilling or baking.

Cuisine marinade
- 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs or breasts
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- ⅓ cup peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Whisk the marinade together and reserve about ¼ cup for brushing over the chicken later.
Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, grill over medium heat or bake until the chicken reaches 165 degrees. Brush with the reserved sauce during the last few minutes of cooking for an extra layer of flavor.
