6-8 large dill pickles 4 oz cream cheese softened 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp chili powder 1-2 tbsp chopped chives 1-2 tsp ranch seasoning 6-8 slices bacon cut in half if needed hot sauce for serving
Slice the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the center to create a boat.
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, chives, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
Stuff each pickle half with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each pickle with bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Air Fryer Method: Cook at 400–425°F for 15–20 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
Smoker Method: Cook at 375–400°F until bacon is cooked through and crispy.
