Spaghetti Glow Up- Creamy Chicken Pasta

chicken breast
cut into small chunks

olive oil
salt + pepper
to taste

minced garlic

dried pasta noodles
fettuccine taste best, but use whatever you have/want. I like to use gluten free tagliatelle pasta from Trader Joe's!

pasta water

spaghetti sauce
1/2 the jar
3/4
cup
heavy cream or coconut cream
1/4
cup
parmesan cheese for topping
fresh chopped basil

Let's Make It
Cut the chicken into small 1/2 inch chunks.
Cook the chicken over medium high heat in a large skillet with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Season with salt + pepper and continue cooking until the chicken reaches a temperature of 165℉ or is no longer pink in the middle.
In the meantime, boil the noodles.
Once the chicken is done, add the minced garlic to the pan and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Add 1/4 cup of pasta water to the chicken and use a spoon to scrape the bottom of the pan, getting all of the yummy burnt stuff at the bottom.
Add the spaghetti sauce + heavy cream and stir until combined.
Turn down the heat to low and add in the cooked noodles- toss everything together and cook on low for 5 minutes.
Serve with fresh parmesan and chopped basil on top! Enjoy!
