Not a fan of overnight oats? These individual servings of baked oats are for you! WIth hardly any prep and no clean up- these Blueberry Baked Oats are perfect for Meal Prep!
1 ⅔cupalmond milk (unsweetened)⅓ cup per container
1 ¼bananas¼ ish banana per container
2 ½tspchia seeds½ tsp per container
2 ½tbspmaple syrup½ tbsp per container
2 ½tspcinnamon1/2 tsp per container
1 ¼cupfrozen blueberries¼ cup per container
your favortie nut butterpeanut/amond
Let's Make It
Preheat the oven to 400℉
Spray each individual (oven safe) glass meal prep container with olive oil spray
Mash 1/4 of a banana into each container and then add in all of the other ingredients:- 1/3 cup of almond milk- 1/4 cup of oats- 1/2 tsp chia seeds- 1/2 tsp cinnamon- 1/2 tsbp maple syrup- 1/4 cup blueberries
Stir each container and then bake for 30-35 minutes
When the oatmeal is compeltely cool, top with nut butter, place the lid on and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 days!
