This High Protein Bean Dip is my healthier take on one of my favorite snacks!

can of vegan refried beans
1/4 cup per serving

of your favorite salsa
1-2 per serving

avocados
smashed
1
tbsp
lime juice
1/4

salt
2 1/2
tsp
taco seasoning (i love Siete Foods because it's "clean")
1/2 tsp per serving
1 1/4
cup
Pico De Gallo
or salsa of choice
Let's Make It
mix the beans with 1-2 tbsp of salsa, layer at the bottom
Add lime juice and salt to the avocado, layer over the beans
Add taco seasoning to cottage cheese, layer over the avocado (this will stop the avocado from turning brown)
Add fresh pico de gallo or salsa on top
swap of those chips for bell peppers and enjoy!
