Peach Hot Honey Whipped Feta Dip

Every summer I find myself buying way too many peaches… and honestly, I never regret it. Peach season is one of my favorite times of year because there’s something so special about using fruit that’s perfectly ripe and naturally sweet. I try to come up with as many peach recipes as I can before the season is over, and this dip has quickly become one of my favorites.

This Peach Hot Honey Whipped Feta Dip looks fancy enough for a dinner party, but it’s honestly one of the easiest appetizers you can throw together. The creamy whipped feta paired with sweet peaches, a drizzle of hot honey, crunchy pistachios, and fresh basil is the perfect combination of sweet, salty, creamy, and just a little spicy.

It’s one of those recipes that disappears every single time I serve it.

I love putting it out before dinner with a basket of homemade crostini, and people always think I spent way more time on it than I actually did. That’s my favorite kind of entertaining recipe.

Whether you’re hosting a backyard BBQ, bringing something to a summer gathering, or just want a fun snack to enjoy on the patio with a glass of wine, this dip is one you’ll make again and again.

How to Make Peach Hot Honey Whipped Feta Dip

  1. Add the feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper to a food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Spread the whipped feta onto a serving platter using the back of a spoon to create swirls.
  4. Pat the diced peaches dry with a paper towel before adding them over the feta.
  5. Top with chopped pistachios, crispy prosciutto (if using), and fresh basil.
  6. Drizzle generously with hot honey.
  7. Finish with flaky sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
  8. Serve immediately with homemade crostini, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

How to Make Homemade Crostini

I love serving this dip with homemade crostini because it’s incredibly easy and so much better than store-bought.

You’ll need:

  • 1 French baguette
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch slices.
  3. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with a little kosher salt.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with the dip.

Variations

  • Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  • Swap peaches for nectarines.
  • Add toasted pecans instead of pistachios.
  • Leave off the prosciutto for a vegetarian version.
  • Top with a little lemon zest for extra brightness.

Make Ahead

You can prepare the whipped feta up to 2 days ahead and keep it refrigerated.

For the freshest presentation, wait to add the peaches, basil, pistachios, prosciutto, and hot honey until just before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

The peaches will release juice as they sit, so leftovers are best enjoyed within the first day.

Tips for the best appetizer dip

  • Pat the peaches dry before adding them so the dip stays nice and thick.
  • Wait to drizzle the hot honey until just before serving.
  • Full-fat Greek yogurt creates the best creamy texture.
  • For an even thicker dip, reduce the Greek yogurt to 2–3 tablespoons.
  • This recipe tastes best with ripe, in-season peaches.
