  • 5 oz ground beef
  • Salt pepper, and onion powder, to taste
  • ½ small onion sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 oz goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup sweet potato fries
  • 1 –2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Let's Make It
 

  • Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Form into a patty.
  • Cook patty in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add oil or butter and sliced onions. Cook until caramelized.
  • Prepare sweet potato fries according to package or recipe directions.
  • Assemble bowl with arugula, burger patty, caramelized onions, goat cheese, and sweet potato fries.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
