Roasted Tomato Burrata Appetizer with Crispy Crostini
This roasted tomato burrata appetizer is the perfect easy summer recipe made with sweet roasted cherry tomatoes, creamy burrata, fresh basil, and crispy homemade crostini. Ready in about 30 minutes and perfect for entertaining!

For the tomatoes 2 pints cherry tomatoes 4 cloves garlic minced 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon black pepper For serving 2 8-ounce balls burrata ¼ cup fresh basil torn Fresh cracked black pepper Balsamic glaze optional Homemade Crostini 1 French baguette sliced 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread onto a baking sheet.
Roast for 22–28 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and become lightly charred.
Meanwhile, brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden.
Spread the burrata onto a serving platter.
Spoon the warm roasted tomatoes and all of the garlic-infused oil over and around the burrata.
Top with fresh basil and cracked black pepper.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.
Serve immediately with warm crostini.
