This Potsticker Noodle Bowl is everything you love about dumplings — savory, cozy, and saucy — without the folding. Made in one skillet with ground chicken, cabbage, and wonton noodles, it’s an easy, high-protein dinner that’s perfect for meal prep.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken along with garlic and ginger. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin (or oyster sauce), rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Let everything simmer for about 1 minute so the flavors bloom.
Add the shredded cabbage and cook 2–3 minutes, just until softened but not mushy.
Add the dry wonton noodles directly to the skillet. Pour in 1½ cups chicken broth.
Cover the skillet and let simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally to separate noodles.
Remove the lid, toss well, and let everything cook another 2–3 minutes until noodles are tender and the sauce thickens slightly. Add more broth if needed.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Finish with chili crisp or sriracha if you like heat.
