Orange Chili Garlic Chicken Marinade

Sweet, spicy, and savory all in one. This marinade blends fresh orange juice, garlic, chili flakes, and coconut aminos for the perfect balance of citrusy heat. It caramelizes beautifully on the grill and works great with chicken thighs or breasts. Bonus: it’s perfect for summer salads, rice bowls, or tacos.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 –2 tsp chili garlic sauce adjust to heat preference
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt to taste

Let's Make It
 

  • Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Pour over chicken in a bag or dish and marinate 30 minutes to 12 hours. You can freeze this too!
  • Grill or sauté in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Serve over rice with grilled zucchini or toss into a stir-fry.
