Let's Make It
Brown beef in a large skillet, add onion & garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in tomato paste and seasonings.
Add macaroni, broth, and milk. Simmer 8–10 minutes until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat, stir in cheese until creamy.
Cool, portion into freezer containers.
