Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 oz chopped chicken sausage
  • 1/4 cup Chopped tomato
  • 1/8 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Spinach
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • pinch Paprika
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Cheese for topping

Let's Make It
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Whisk egg, egg whites, and cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Stir in sausage, tomato, onion, spinach, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Pour into greased oven-safe dish.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until center is set. If it its starting to burn and still giggly in the middle, turn the oven off and let it set for another 5-10 minutes until set.
