2/3cup peanut butterslightly melted (20-30 seconds in the microwave)
1/3cuphoney
1/4tsp salt
3tbspprotein powderI use chocolate
1/2cupchocolate chips for melting on top
Let's Make It
After slightly melting the peanut butter, add all of the ingredients into a bowl- stir to mix until everything is combined.
Add a piece of parchment paper to the bottom of an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking pan and then pour the mixture into the pan. Use another piece of parchment paper to smash the mixture into the pan until the the mixture is flat on the top and pushed to the edges for square bars once cut.
Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
Freeze for 45 minutes before cutting into 10 bars.
Store in container in the freezer and pull them out when ready to eat,
