- 2 tbsp taco seasoning or 1 packet
- 2 15 oz cans refried beans
- 1-2 large bags tortilla chips sturdy ones like restaurant-style
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Pickled onions

Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
Add the ground beef directly to the griddle and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Sprinkle in taco seasoning and stir to combine.
While the beef cooks, place a small pot on the corner of the griddle and add the refried beans. Stir occasionally until heated through.
Once the meat is cooked and beans are hot, remove the meat, lay down a big layer of tortilla chips on the griddle.
Spoon warmed beans and cooked beef evenly over the chips. Top generously with shredded cheese.
Cover with a Blackstone dome lid or a large piece of foil to help the cheese melt. Let it cook for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
Remove the cover and load on all your favorite toppings! Let everyone build their plate right off the griddle.
Serve hot and enjoy around the fire with paper plates and happy campers.
