High Protein Jalapeno Chicken Bacon Ranch Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 1/4 cup blended cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 piece of bacon chopped
  • 1 tbsp diced canned jalapenos
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese

Let's Make It
 

  • In a small microwave safe bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the cheese until well combined.
  • Top with cheese and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Before eating, cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  • Use chips, crackers, sliced bell peppers or cucumbers for dipping.
