chopped or shredded chicken
rotisserie, instant pot or even canned chicken will work
1/4
cup
blended cottage cheese
I like to use an immersion blender to blend the cottage cheese right in the container
1/2
tsp
ranch seasoning
1-2
tbsp
buffalo sauce
1/8
cup
sharp cheddar cheese
sliced green onions
celery sticks for dipping
Let's Make It
In a small, microwave safe bowl, mix together everything except for the sharp cheddar cheese and green onions.
Top with cheddar cheese + green onions.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
To reheat- place in the microwave for about 90 seconds. use celery or carrot sticks for dipping.
