  • 1 lb hot italian sausage removed from casing
  • ¾ lb broccolini
  • 16 oz gnocchi
  • ½ yellow onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp italian seasoning
  • juice from 1 lemon divided
  • parmesan cheese for topping

Let's Make It
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Start by removing the casings from 1 pound of hot Italian sausage and set it aside. 
  • Next, prepare 12 ounces of broccolini by trimming the ends and cutting any large pieces in half.
  • Take 16 ounces of gnocchi and place them on the sheet pan.
  • Now, add the hot Italian sausage on the same sheet pan with the gnocchi by crumbling it into balls.
  • Distribute the broccolini evenly on the sheet pan with the other ingredients. 
  • Toss everything together gently to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Drizzle with the juice from ½ a lemon.
  • Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and the gnocchi are golden and crispy.
