Let's Make It
In a food processor whip up the cottage cheese with 1½ cups of strawberries, 1 tbsp honey + 1 tsp vanilla extract. Blend for about 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. It will have a yogurt like consistency.
Divide the cottage cheese mixture into 5 bowls/containers, top with strawberries, chia seeds + granola
Store in the fridge for up to 6 days!
