1/2cupchopped tomatoes
1cupchopped spinach
1chopped avocado
1/2cupfeta cheese
4slices of baconcooked + chopped
1tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Let's Make It
Preheat the oven to 400℉
Using your glass meal prep contianers (see link above) or any other oven safe dish (2 cup size), spray with non-stick cooking spray
Place one tortilla in the middle of each dish, press down and fill with 2 eggs (scrambled is best for this recipe), bacon, avocado, tomatoes, spinach, seasoning and feta cheese
Place cups on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until the eggs are set
When the cups have cooled down, place the lid on and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.These are totally customizable- switch up veggies, cheese + protein to make it your own!Enjoy!
