No time to Meal Prep? I got you covered with these Premade Egg Scrambles- packed with veggies and protein, all you have to do is prep these and microwave them when it's time to eat!
4ozcooked and chopped nitrate free chicken or turkey sausage1oz per container
1cupchopped bell pepper
1/2cupchopped onion
1 1/2cupschopped spinach
1cupsalsa
salt + pepper
Let's Make It
Spray each container with olive oil, crack in two eggs, beat them to scramble*** you will want a smaller glass or microwave safe container for these
Divide in all of the ingredients, season with salt + pepper, place the lid on and store in the fridge until you a ready to eat
To cook: Microwave for 45 seconds, stir with forkMicrwave for 45 second, stirMicrowave for 30 secondsEnjoy!
*** The veggies do NOT get soggy in the scramble eggs, but if you prefer, add the eggs in right before you are ready to cook them!*** You can also cook these in the ovem if you wish!
