High Protein Jalapeno Ranch Dip

This HIgh Protein Jalapeno Ranch Dip is the perfect snack- it's high in protein, full of flavor, healthy, easy to meal prep and perfect for on the go!

  • food processor or blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • juice from one lemon at least 1 tbsp to taste
  • 1 chopped jalapeno to taste
  • 1 tbsp of your favortie ranch seasoning the one from Trader Joes is my favorite
  • ****you might need to add 1-2 tbsp of water depending on the desired texture

Let's Make It
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy (hummus like texture)
  • Use your favorite veggies, chips or crackers for dipping
  • This does make enough for 4-5 servings depending on the desired amount
