Slice the chicken in half (through the middle) to make 6 thinner breast. This is to help the chicken cook faster and prevents the chicken from drying out.
Add all of the ingredients in to a ziplock bag or bowl and mix well. Add the chicken to the bag- giving it a good toss to make sure all the breast are coated well.
Let the chicken marinate for 1-3 hours.
Prepare on the grill, in the oven, air fryer or in the crockpot.
