Chipotle Lime Chicken Marinade

Sweet and smokey- this chicken will legit melt in your mouth. Use the Leftover grilled chicken to make salads- paired with my Chipotle Aioli.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken breast cut in half (through the middle) to make 6 thiner breast
  • 2 tbsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning salt free
  • 1 tsp salt optional
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Let's Make It
 

  • Slice the chicken in half (through the middle) to make 6 thinner breast. This is to help the chicken cook faster and prevents the chicken from drying out.
  • Add all of the ingredients in to a ziplock bag or bowl and mix well. Add the chicken to the bag- giving it a good toss to make sure all the breast are coated well.
  • Let the chicken marinate for 1-3 hours.
  • Prepare on the grill, in the oven, air fryer or in the crockpot.
  • ****Can substitute for chicken thighs!
