Air Fryer Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls (Easy Summer Dessert)

If there’s one dessert I’m making on repeat this summer, it’s these Air Fryer Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls. They’re everything I love about homemade peach cobbler, but they’re so much easier thanks to a can of cinnamon rolls and my favorite fresh peaches.

The cinnamon rolls bake up soft and fluffy while the peaches become sweet and jammy underneath. Add a buttery crumble topping, drizzle on the icing, then serve the whole thing warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. It tastes like you spent hours making dessert, but it’s actually one of the easiest recipes you’ll make all summer.

I made these in the new Cuisinart ClearView 4-Quart Glass Basket Air Fryer, and being able to actually watch everything bake through the glass basket was such a fun experience. Seeing the peaches bubbling around the cinnamon rolls while they puff up is one of those “wow” moments that makes this recipe perfect for filming or serving guests.

One thing I do want to mention is that my cinnamon rolls needed a little longer to cook than expected. Every air fryer cooks differently, so don’t be afraid to add several extra minutes until the centers are fully cooked. Mine took closer to 18–22 minutes, and it was absolutely worth the wait.

Why You’ll Love This dessert Recipe

  • Ready with simple grocery store ingredients
  • Perfect for peach season
  • Tastes just like homemade peach cobbler
  • Uses refrigerated cinnamon rolls for an easy shortcut
  • Gorgeous enough for brunch or dessert
  • Incredible served warm over vanilla ice cream
  • Family-friendly and perfect for summer entertaining
  • The glass basket lets you watch everything bake

What Makes This Recipe So Good?

This recipe is the perfect combination of two classic desserts.

The peaches cook down into a thick, cinnamon-spiced filling while the cinnamon rolls soak up just enough of those juices to taste like peach cobbler from the inside out. The buttery streusel topping adds the perfect crunch before everything gets finished with sweet icing.

Then comes my favorite part…

A giant scoop of vanilla ice cream melting over the warm cinnamon rolls and peaches.

It’s messy.
It’s cozy.
And honestly, I don’t think I’d ever serve it any other way.

Variations

Try adding:

  • Chopped pecans
  • Sliced almonds
  • White chocolate chips
  • A drizzle of caramel sauce
  • A sprinkle of coarse sugar before baking
  • A pinch of nutmeg with the cinnamon

Can I Use Frozen or Canned Peaches?

Absolutely.

Fresh peaches are my favorite during the summer, but frozen peaches work great after thawing and draining. You can also use canned peaches—just be sure to drain them well so the filling doesn’t become too watery.

Storage

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat individual portions in the microwave for 20–30 seconds or warm them back up in the air fryer until heated through.

Don’t forget another scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make this ahead of time?

You can prepare the peach filling and crumble ahead of time, then assemble everything just before baking.

Can I bake this in the oven?

Yes! Bake in a 350°F oven until the cinnamon rolls are cooked through and golden.

Why did my cinnamon rolls need longer?

Every air fryer cooks differently. The glass basket cooks beautifully, but the cinnamon rolls may need additional time depending on their size and how juicy your peaches are. Mine took significantly longer than expected, so check the centers before serving.

What ice cream pairs best?

Classic vanilla is my favorite, but butter pecan or cinnamon ice cream would be amazing too.

Tips for the best dessert

  • Use ripe peaches for the sweetest flavor.
  • Leave a little space between each cinnamon roll so they can expand.
  • Check the centers before removing them from the air fryer—they may need several extra minutes depending on your model.
  • If the tops brown too quickly, loosely tent with foil while they finish cooking.
  • Warm the icing slightly so it drizzles beautifully over the top.
  • Don’t skip the vanilla ice cream—it takes this dessert over the top.
